At Chestnut Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if:

  • Product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Wrong product was shipped
  • Product does not match description or COA specifications
  • Return is requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Product is in original, unopened packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products (due to quality control)
  • Products returned after 14 days
  • Custom or private label orders
  • Sample kits
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by buyer

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email sales@chestnutsupply.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Approval: We'll review your request within 1-2 business days
  3. Return Authorization: If approved, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  4. Ship Return: Send the product back with the RMA number clearly marked
  5. Inspection: We'll inspect the returned product within 3-5 business days
  6. Refund: Once approved, refund is processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Options

  • Full Refund: For defective products or our shipping errors
  • Store Credit: Available for all eligible returns (105% value)
  • Replacement: We can ship replacement products instead of refund

Return Shipping

  • Our Error: We pay return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Buyer pays return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless our error

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Document damage with photos immediately upon delivery
  2. Contact us within 48 hours
  3. Keep all original packaging materials
  4. We will file a carrier claim and send replacement at no cost

Quality Guarantee

All our products are backed by Certificate of Analysis (COA). If a product doesn't meet the specifications stated in the COA, we will provide a full refund or replacement, no questions asked.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for full refund
  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled
  • Custom/private label orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
